Data we process
Email address, the photo you upload (where the stone requires one), the name and date entered in the form, your newsletter preference and the minimum technical data needed to run and protect the form (for example your IP address, used in a non-readable form to limit abuse).
Purposes
Your data and photo are used to create the preview you requested and send it to you by email. Only if you tick the dedicated box is your email also used to send you the RELEVIIS newsletter and promotional messages; you can withdraw your consent at any time.
How the preview is created
The preview is composed automatically on our systems by placing your photo and text on an image of the stone. The photo is not used for any other purpose.
Retention
The photo and the preview are deleted from our systems within 24 hours of the email being sent. Email, name, date and consents are kept in our request log for the time needed to handle the contact and document the consents.
Service providers
The website and email are hosted by Hostinger. Where enabled, anti-bot verification is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
Cookies, the Pinterest Tag and the Meta Pixel
This site does not use marketing cookies without your consent. If you select “Accept”, we load the Pinterest Tag of Pinterest Europe Ltd. (Ireland) and the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Ireland). They use cookies and similar technologies to measure visits that come from Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram and the preview requests submitted, and to build audiences for possible advertising campaigns. We do not send your email or the details you type in the form to these services. If you select “Decline”, the tags are not loaded and no marketing cookie is set. Your choice is stored on your device for 6 months and you can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” button. Pinterest and Meta process the data collected through their tools according to their own privacy policies (policy.pinterest.com and facebook.com/privacy/policy).
